Zebra radish

Canon EOS 5D Mark II, 100 mm, f/8, 1/200 sec, iso 200

I bought a bunch of radishes just before last weekend, and I saw they were still in the fridge today. Since I was quite hungry I decided to eat them all; While washing them, however, I had this idea to slice one of them in very delicate slices and to present it on a leaf. A new instalment in the "deformed fruits" series, and the second vegetable having the honour of appearing in that series. I must say, this radish was a delight to work with. Did everything I asked of it and tasted very good as well :) I did almost choke on a skewer though which held everything in place. Strobist info Canon 430EXII @ 1/8 (28mm) gelled light blue
